Minestrone Soup Recepie?

I went to the Olive Garden with my GF and i tried thier Minestrone soup and weboth loved it. Any one know where i can find the exact recipe for the Ministrone Soup.

Italian Minestrone Soup
Ingredients
- 1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Extra Lean Ground Turkey (20-oz)
- 1 tablespoon CARAPELLI® Light Olive Oil
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup diced zucchini
- 1 cup diced yellow squash
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 3 cups water
- 1 tablespoon HERB-OX® Beef Flavored Bouillon Granules
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1 jar CHI-CHI’S® Salsa (16-oz)
- 1 can (15-oz) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15-oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
Directions
In a large skillet, over medium heat, crumble and brown ground turkey in olive oil. Add vegetables to the pan and cook five minutes or until onions are tender. Place the turkey and vegetables in a slow cooker. Add water, beef granules, Italian seasoning, salsa and beans. Cover and heat on low heat setting four hours. Makes 12 one-cup servings.
Servings: 12
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 4 hours
Brown a pound of pork (ground) with an onion and some crushed minced garlic, salt amd pepper and parsley.
Drain, add back to pan. Add 1 can beef broth, 1 can tomato sauce, 1 can tomato paste (a small one), chopped onion, zucchini, chopped potatos, green beans, 2 cut up and seeded tomatos, chopped green bel pepper.
Add some paprika and water to cover, bring to a boil and you couod add lentils.
Cook on a simmer for an hour.
