They used to make a fresh, open-faced peach pie. They still make a fresh open-faced strawberry pie. Does anyone have any similar recipies? I couldn’t find an open-faced peach pie online. All their recipies cooked the peaches.

I don’t have a recipe. But go back and see if they have peach now. Fresh peaches are in season, and they probably have them.
When I was young, my mother made peach pie. She’d get a lug of peaches. Pit, peel, and slice the peaches. Stir in some sugar, arrange in a pie shell, and bake. Sorry. I don’t remember amounts, baking temps or times, but you should be able to find a recipe.
