Does anybody have a recipe or the link/website for a good egg drop soup? I want to make it exactly like the egg drop soup you get in a chinese restaurant. I found a recipe and made some yesterday and the egg turned out tough, nothing like the kind of slippery, quickly dissolving egg that’s in the soup served in a restaurant. Thanks for your replies!
