Just traditional lasagna. Not like chicken/spinach alfredo or anything. It seems like there is something about restaurant recipes for lasagna I can’t copy. I found arborio rice in a local super market today, I have been looking every were for it. (for those of you who don’t know it’s rice you make risotto out of) i’m going to make some homemade chicken stock tomorrow and then i will sate some shallots in a little bit of butter then toast my rice, until it turns translucent around the edges, add a half a cup of white wine (pinot grigio) and then very lovingly add a little bit of chicken stock at a time to achieve the wonder full creamy texture risotto is famous for then at the very end i will add the juice, and zest of half a lemon, and some fresh parmesan cheese (YUMMY) i have never made risotto before, i have read about it and it sounds dreamy so if you have had risotto either homemade or from a restaurant can you tell me how it was, and tell me what you think about my recipe Thanks
